A+++++ SERVICE Just used Rum rental... read more for the second time and I Cannot recommend this family run business anymore, we got the G63 SVR Lamborghini Urus & 2024 Range Rover sport. All at the best prices. To start how good these lads are I managed to get the SVR impounded by Dubai police so I contacted Hadi and Abdul about it and instead of being frustrated with me they immediately drove out to us to help us out not only did they bring me to multiple police stations to explain everything they brought me to the impound back to my hotel and than again the following day to solve the issue, the lads wore amazing with what had happened they just kept telling everything will be okay and it will be solved. Without there help I don’t what I would have done. These lads are 100% trust worthy and cannot recommend them anymore, this is my second time using Rum Rental and definitely will not be the last… coming to Dubai and getting in a bit of bother with the police isn’t the easiest but having these lads to help was amazing big shout out to ABDUL HADAI & MOHAMMED came to Dubai not knowing many people now leaving to Dubai with three friends 👏🏽😃

I chose a Dodge Challenger as my vehicle but didn’t like the aftermarket spoiler that was on it. I spoke to Abdullah and he was able to rectify the car before I had arrived to pick it up! Abdullah was a really friendly and fair provider going above and beyond. He even drove me and my friend to our terminal on our way home! The prices are very fair considering the quality of the vehicles.

The car was just as good as the service provided by the company, reliable and competent. We proceeded to make a reservation directly on WhatsApp a few weeks before our arrival in Dubai ( reserve quite some time before, cars are reserved quickly) The paperwork was smooth and easy (better to come with Cash to get the best price) We asked for a baby seat and everything was ready when we arrived. Their cars are always perfectly washed. They give you good discounts. Always some cold water in bottles to start your car trip off. If you want to extend the car - no worries, they got your back, you can pay afterwards. On my last day they let me return the car couple hours later for free. You should DEFINITELY choose these guys.
