Yes, absolutely! For your utmost convenience, we offer complimentary delivery and pick-up services anywhere within Dubai. For example, this includes major hubs like Dubai International Airport (DXB), your hotel, or private residences. Simply provide us with your preferred time and location when booking, and we'll handle the rest. Alternatively, you can also pick up the car from our Dubai showroom.

The calculation for all rental periods is on a 24-hour basis. For instance, a one-day rental starting at 10 am must return by 10 am the following day. Consequently, any delay, even by one hour, will result in an extra day's charge.

If a customer returns the car before the agreed rental period ends, we do not offer refunds for the remaining duration.

Our transparent rental prices cover basic third-party liability insurance, a standard daily mileage limit (e.g., 250 km/day), and 24/7 roadside assistance. Indeed, we pride ourselves on transparency with no hidden charges. In other words, we will clearly communicate any potential additional fees for exceeding mileage limits or optional add-ons at the time of booking.

For all car rentals, a refundable security deposit is necessary. This deposit covers potential traffic fines, minor damages, or other incidental expenses. The specific amount, of course, depends on the car model. Typically, the full security deposit is refunded within 21 to 30 working days after you return the car. Your car will arrive with a full tank of fuel. Upon returning the car, the fuel level must be the same as it was on receipt. Otherwise, a fine of AED 300 will be applied.

The driver must return the car in the same condition they received it. For instance, we will apply a charge if the car is returned dirty or has food leftovers or stains. A fee of AED 500 will be charged for a very dirty interior (e.g., trash, food leftovers, etc.).

If the customer returns the car with a scratch, a minimum charge of AED 500 applies for each scratch.

Finally, smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles, as it damages them and poses a safety hazard. Smoking in our vehicles may result in a charge of up to AED 1000.

Yes, we have a few important driving restrictions to ensure the safety of our clients and the condition of our fleet. Specifically, certain activities are prohibited and clear guidelines are in place:

• Prohibited Activities: Off-roading, rallying, racing, drifting, or driving on tracks or in deserts are not allowed. Any violation will result in a charge of AED 50,000, plus the total cost of repairing any mechanical failures and damages.
• Speed Limit: In the interest of safety, customers must not drive over 140 Km/h. On the second violation, a charge of AED 2,000 will be applied. On the third attempt, however, the car will be shut down and the remaining rental period will not be refunded.
• Marketing Materials: Attaching any marketing materials to the cars, like stickers or wrapping paper, is not allowed. A violation will result in a charge of AED 50,000 and the subsequent termination of the contract.

In the unfortunate event of an accident, your safety is paramount. First, ensure everyone's safety. Then, do not move the vehicle unless necessary for safety. Immediately contact the Dubai Police (999) to report the accident and obtain a police report—this is crucial for insurance claims. After contacting the police, please inform our 24/7 support team immediately so we can guide you through the next steps.

If a customer is at fault in a car crash, they will pay a certain amount towards the car repairs at the agency workshop. This is in addition to the daily rental charges for the number of days the vehicle stays in repair. Please confirm the exact AED amount for at-fault repairs with our team.
